Graduation Advising

Do you plan to graduate in December?

Please review the Graduation Checklist to ensure that you complete all of the steps necessary for graduation.  Biology majors are required to attend a graduation advising session the semester before you plan to graduate.  Your advising hold will be removed upon attending a Graduation Advising Session.

All Graduation Advising Sessions are held in OCNPS 200 and begin promptly at 12:30pm.

How do I register for a Graduation Advising Session?

1. Print a copy of your worksheet from DegreeWorks listing your remaining degree requirements AND a copy of a saved plan in DegreeWorks that identifies how you plan to complete your remaining degree requirements.  An Advising Block does NOT prevent you from printing from DegreeWorks. 
   
2. Write your name and UIN on your worksheet and degree plan.
   
3. Choose a session from the available dates listed above and write the date on your worksheet and degree plan.
   
4. Staple together and submit the required documentation to MGB 236 at least two (2) business days in advance so your transcripts can be reviewed.
   
5. Write the information down for yourself and arrive to the session on time.

PLEASE NOTE: Students who arrive to a Graduation Advising Session more than 5 minutes late will be asked to reschedule.
