If you are interested in attending graduate school and studying mathematics or statistics, then preliminary applications for admission are available from this web page. There is no charge for reviewing your preliminary application. The Graduate Committee of the Department of Mathematics and Statistics provides this service in order to assist you in making your decision as to whether or not you wish to formally apply for admission. The Committee meets regularly and your preliminary application will be reviewed and an advisory decision made within two weeks of receipt of the application.Please print and complete the preliminary application form from the portable document format (PDF) given below.
