Are you having trouble viewing our video?
It may be your Adobe Flash Player
What is Adobe Flash Player?
Adobe Flash Player (which is free) is a common plugin for your browser that allows the user to watch movies (like you were tying to do here) or view other web content created by Flash (some websites use Flash for interactive intros or menus).
Why can't I see your video?
The most commonly encountered reason that visitors haven't been able to view our video is that they were using an outdated version of Adobe Flash Player.
Check to see if you are running the most up to date version here.
Your version should be listed near the top of the page and the newest version should be listed below. If yours isn't up to date, keep reading to see what to do.
How do I fix it?
To fix this problem, you may need to update your Adobe Flash Player (you do that here). You can find more help with Adobe Flash Player here and here.
Advanced: In some cases, the update doesn't seem to work properly. In these instances, you may be able to fix the problem by uninstalling the Adobe Flash Player and then installing the newest version. To to this, follow the instructions here (you will need to close all browser windows for it to uninstall). You can then install the newest version from Adobe here.
