*Most of the forms required by the Graduate Program of the Department of Physics are available in Adobe pdf format and are available at the Graduate Studies Grad Forms page. These forms can be filled in online using a plug-in to the Adobe Reader. This plug-in is available for both PCs ( fillerus.exe ) and UNIX (Linux) computers ( fillerus.tar.Z ). Fields in the forms that can be filled out online can be identified by the change of the shape of the cursor when placed above such a field.
