Mission

Support undergraduate teaching laboratories, demonstrations and related activities in the Department of Physics in the conduct of its learning program.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Setup, repair and maintain technical equipment used in undergraduate labs.
• Supervise graduate teaching assistants in the performance of their duties.
• Schedule labs and update lab manuals.
• Work closely with IT professionals maintaining department computers.
• Provide technical support to the Pretlow Planetarium.
• Support college research by test and repair of electronic equipment.
• Manage inventory of departmental technical equipment assets.
