Physics Undergraduate Advising Session Instructions

Advising for Spring 2010 will be held on Wednesday November 4th, and Thursday, November 5th, 2009

Sign up for an advising session on the schedule located just outside Room 233, OCNPS.

Prior to your advising session:

1. Download a copy of your transcript to bring to your advising session.
   
   
2. Download and complete as much as possible of the advising session form, listing current courses:

3. If your information has changed since the last advising session, download and complete the student data sheet:
   • Adobe PDF format
     
     
4. If you have not already done so for a previous advising session: download and complete the the appropriate curriculum sheet based on your catalog year and track:
   • Physics Curriculum Sheets
     
     

Note: If you have trouble downloading or printing the any of the forms, you can get copies from the
Physics Department office, Room 306, in the OCNPS building.
