Student Funding and Tuition
All students admitted to the program receive funding and full tuition remission. Students admitted with a Bachelor's degree are guaranteed funding for at least 4 years, pending acceptable performance. Types of funding include research and teaching assistantships, fellowships, grants, and scholarships. Nearly all forms of funding require that the student be engaged in full-time graduate study. Graduate fellowships and assistantships typically range from $12,000 to $15,000 or more. For senior doctoral students (e.g., 5th year students), additional sources of funding (e.g., from teaching or consulting) are also available.
