The Ocean, Earth and Atmospheric Sciences Club spent a week in May traveling in Utah and Arizona. They visited Grand Canyon, Zion Canyon, Bryce Canyon, Sunset Crater, Meteor Crater and Sedona, Arizona. The group hiked three miles into the Grand Canyon and enjoyed hiking to waterfalls in Zion Canyon. The hoodoos of Bryce Canyon were memorable but the highlight of the trip was a hike through Antelope Canyon, a slot canyon located outside of Page Arizona. Plans are already underway for the May 2008 trip!!!
