WELCOME...

...and Happy New Year!

Happy New Year! Did you make any resolutions? Will they be ones that you can keep?

Remember resolutions are promises one makes to oneself…so, don’t disappoint yourself by setting impossible goals. Keep them simple.  If you make more than one, start with the easiest and check them off one by one. This way, you will have some successes and won’t feel badly if you can’t conquer them all.  For instance if you want to lose 50 pounds, make the resolution for 20 (a more realistic and obtainable goal).

My resolutions include:
  •  Losing 20 pounds
  •  Organizing the family photos into albums and scrapbooks
If I actually lose and keep off 10 pounds, I will feel a sense of accomplishment. Anything over, I will be ecstatic!

If I manage to get my grandson’s 2001 photos done, I will be happy.  If I manage to organize all the old black and white photos of past generations and people long gone, I will be overjoyed!

See how it works?

Here’s wishing you a most pleasant spring semester - maybe you can get your shelves or filing cabinet organized by summer…
