Dominion Fund Campaign Kickoff The College of Sciences kicked off its Dominion Fund Campaign (formerly known as the Faculty and Staff Annual Fund) in March. This campaign provides a golden opportunity for faculty and staff to support those special operations and programs that are most important to them. Last year, participation in the College was 26% with gifts totaling $8,694. This year, the college focus is on increased participation from each of its units. (Look for updates on the campaign in the next Scire.)
Contributions can be made by cash, check, credit card or payroll deduction to any department, college or university account. The name of the account is all that is needed to place your contribution where you want it to go. The smartest and easiest method of payment is through payroll deduction. This not only gets you into a giving habit, it is reduced from your gross salary pre-tax deductions!
The dean is offering new donor classifications to college faculty and staff:

So…please support your university by giving generously! For questions about the campaign or to receive a pledge card, contact one of the following volunteers:A rotating-by-year plaque will go to the office or department with the highest percentage participation;
The Dean’s Office will serve a special breakfast, cooked by the dean himself, to the faculty and staff of each department that exceeds the 50% goal;
For every $1,000 donated to the College of Sciences fund, a scholarship to an outstanding student will be awarded.
