The "Spotlight's on Who?" Contest Winner for March Dana Oblak, Office Manager for Ocean, Earth & Atmospheric Sciences, is the winner of the March "Spotlight's on Who?" contest! She was the recipient of a $25 gift certificate good at Barnes and Noble Bookstore. Bruce Hanna then… Here Bruce is cooling his skis in Steamboat Springs, Colorado in 1976. Bruce Hanna now… Bruce has been with Old Dominion for 27 years. He is a two-time ODU alumnus. In 1970 he earned a bachelors in Earth Science Education and in 1973 a master's in Education. Before joining Old Dominion in the planetarium, he was Educational Co-ordinator of the Des Moines Center of Science and Industry, and a science teacher for the Chesapeake Public Schools. Bruce received the HACE Staff Member of the Year award in 1989 and served on several HACE (Hourly and Classified Employees) committees over the past few years. He is currently 2nd Vice President for HACE. Bruce enjoys fishing, kayaking and travelling.
