Widodo Samyono, doctoral student in computational and applied mathematics, is the winner of the June "Spotlight's on Who?" contest! He was the recipient of a $25 gift certificate for Barnes and Noble Bookstores.

Mark Dorrepaal has been with Old Dominion since 1976; hence the hint of 10,000 days. He earned his doctorate in mathematics from the University of Toronto in 1975. His area of research is Stokes Flow, Transform Methods and Asymptotic Analysis. He serves as chair of the Department of Mathematics and Statistics.
