Welcome, and thank you for your interest in Sea Camp at Old Dominion University.

 

 

Registration Checklist

  1. Go Here and Determine if the Course You Want is Available.  If the Course Is Still Open, Write Down the Call Number.
  2. Please Complete Online Registration Form and Submit Online.  Make Sure to Select the Correct Call Number for the Course That You Want.
  3. After Submitting Registration, Please Call Lynette or Tiffany at (757) 683-4247 to Make Payment Arrangements (Check or Credit Card Over the Phone).  Your Child Will Not Be Officially Registered Until Payment Is Physically Received. 
  4. Print and Complete the Medical Release, Photo Release, and Driver Release Forms.
  5. Mail These Completed Forms to:

At Sea Camp, you will discover the ocean and the bay through first-hand experience.  Our professional staff will lead you through trips to marshes, beaches, collecting live specimens, various classroom activities and much more.  See the descriptions below for more information on each of our camps.

 

Please keep in mind that due to weather and availability our activities are subject to change.  We make every effort to make each camp enjoyable and fun.

 

 

 

You can find your Welcome Packet on our Forms page.  Please note that a Welcome Packet will also be mailed to your home once registration is confirmed.

 

Sea Camp will be housed in the Oceanography/Physics Building which is located at 4600 Elkhorn Avenue.  We are between 43rd and 49th street off of Hampton Boulevard on the Old Dominion University Campus.

 

Sea Camp is a day camp which begins at 8:30a.m. and ends at 4:00p.m.  There is no before or after care.  We ask that you have your child to camp in the mornings by 8:30 at the latest.

The cost for camp is $225 per session.  Campers will need to supply their own beverages and lunch.  A 5% discount will be given to siblings who register at the same time.
